Explanations:
Normal OT1.0, OT1.5 and OT 2.0 rate:
User may define different Overtime rates for different days. For an example Monday to Saturday is 1.5 overtime and Sunday is 2.0 overtime.
Flat rate OT: Fixed amount per hour of overtime. I.e. you may set $10 per hour. So if an employee works one hour $10 will be given, if 2 hour $20 will be given, etc…
Early OT calculation: If an employee comes to work prior to the scheduled time the Early OT will be calculated. If you don’t choose this option then overtime will not be given, even though an employee comes early.
OFF Set OT: If this option is chosen the lateness will be off set (adjusted) against the Overtime. For an example if an employee works 30 minutes overtime and he is late for 10 minutes then only 20 min overtime will be given.
Rounding OT hours feature: You may round the overtime for every 1 min or every 15 min etc… The example below shows the rounding for every 15 min.

Minimum & maximum OT hours ceiling feature: You may set Minimum time an employee have to work to get eligible for OT. And you may set the maximum overtime hour an employee can work.
Different OT rate after mid night work feature: You may set different OT rate on the same day. For an example until midnight the overtime is 1.5 and after mid night the overtime is 2.0
Pre-approve OT hours feature: The OT has to be approved by the supervisors in advance. Overtime will be given only up to the approved time. If no approval is made then no OT will be given
